"Using stones and crystals is as simple as carrying them in a small silk or flannel bag, charging them and blessing them with intent, or leaving them around the home to absorb energy. All crystalsx and stones should be washed clean with spring water, placed in a small bowl of sea salt for at least three days, and passed through incense smoke, usually cinnamon or clove scented.
